Overview
Laura Goodman is a skilled litigator and trial attorney. She has a broad practice representing corporate clients in commercial litigation, specialized torts involving high risk and potentially controversial matters, claims for catastrophic damages and insurance industry class actions.
Laura takes a practical and creative approach to resolving difficult disputes both inside and outside of the courtroom. Clients consider her their “go to” attorney for her ability to quickly grasp the issues and implement a focused plan to solve the problem, always keeping in mind the client’s business objectives and values.
Prior to joining Gough & Hancock, Laura was a partner at an AmLaw 200 litigation law firm based in San Francisco and previously served as in-house commercial counsel.
